Plum clafoutis is the delicious French dessert, which is served hot with ice cream. You can use other berries, or fruits as well, if you don't have access to plums.

For 4 people:

3 egg

1 dl sugar

3 dl wheat flour

1 dl whipped cream

1 dl milk

1/2 ts salt

6 plums, split in half and the stone removed

150 g marsipan

Plum clafoutis before frying

Stir together everything except the plums and marzipan by hand and pour it into a baking dish. Place in the plums and spread marzipan in small pieces evenly.

Clafoutis is cooked at 180 degrees until deliciously golden, it takes about 45 minutes. Serve immediately with a good vanilla ice cream.
