Roast beef baguette with aroma mushrooms

Roast beef baguette with aroma mushrooms is a delicious lunch or evening dish. If you want to put extra love into it, you can make the baguettes yourself, but it will be lovely with baguettes from the store as well. This recipe is suitable for 2 people.

1 baguette, divided into two, both across and lengthwise

200 g roast beef

Some slices of pickle

1 small red onion

1 pk sliced aroma mushrooms

A little butter for frying

1 clove garlic, finely chopped or from a tube

Salt and pepper

1 tube remulade, ev. homemade tartar sauce

1 pose reven parmesan

Brown the mushrooms in the butter, add the garlic, salt and pepper. Grease the baguette with remoulade, add pickles, roast beef, mushrooms, red onion and parsley. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve roast beef baguette while the mushrooms are hot.
