Romania

The most special thing about Romanian food is that it has a very familiar flavor, but at the same time it tastes like something you have never tried before. The reason is that the traditional cuisine is a mixture of dishes and cooking techniques borrowed from Hungary, Germany, Turkey and the old Yugoslav countries. The dishes are adapted to the country with local herbs and spices. Pork is the most ingredient, but Romania also has delicious soups and salads.
Romanian soups are considered the best in the world next to the Russian ones and the soups that Romanians like are called ciorba.
Romania, by the way, is a world class when it comes to pickling vegetables and the recipes are proudly delivered from generation to generation.
