Slutty Brownies is a powerful dessert cake that goes particularly well with vanilla ice cream.
100 g butter
250 g sugar
90 g cocoa powder
1/2 ts salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
70 g mel
Melt the butter and mix it well with the sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in salt, vanilla and eggs. Add the flour and stir well. Set the batter aside at room temperature.
1 pk Oreo
110 g butter at room temperature
30 g brown sugar
170 g white sugar
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
200 g mel
1/2 ts salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
190 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
Whisk butter and sugar "white", before adding eggs and vanilla. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl so it will be well mixed. Add flour, salt and baking powder and mix thoroughly. Stir in the chocolate and set aside.
Grease a medium-sized cake tin. Spread the cookie dough evenly. Distribute Oreo biscuits tightly. They should not overlap.
Spread the brownie tube outwards, so that it covers the Oreol layer and make sure that it is even at the top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees. Check with a cookie stick or a small, pointed knife, if the middle is done. The cake is ready, if the stick comes out clean again. Let the brownies rest for at least 2 hours before serving.
