Tomatbruschetta is an Italian dish with crispy fried bread, buttered with garlic and olive oil. On the bread put delicious tomato mixture, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It's easy to make and tastes delicious.
1 sliced country bread
Mini tomatoes divided into 2 or 4
Good olive oil
Viscous balsamic vinegar
The country bread is brushed with olive oil and smeared with clove garlic on both sides. Put them in a hot pan until they are golden and crispy on both sides.
Put on tomatoes, mozzarella, cured ham and basil. Serve with good olive oil and a well-aged balsamic vinegar.
