Tuna with butter-steamed beetroot mix and gremolata

Tuna with butter-steamed beetroot mix and gremolata can be highly recommended. Here I have served it with mashed potatoes. Tuna is one of my favorite fish and it can easily be served to people who don't like fish, because it is quite beefy in texture. This recipe is suitable for 4 people.

Tuna:

800 - 900 g tuna in beef slices

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Put the tuna in a bag and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and leave for an hour in the fridge. Fry it like a steak. It should be a little pink in the middle, so it holds that it is baked for 2 minutes on each side.

You can find the recipe for perfect mashed potatoes HERE .

Gremolata:

1 finely chopped pot of dill

1 finely chopped pot of parsley

2 cloves garlic

1 small glass of capers

2 finely shredded spring onions

2 dl mangoed thick

1 dl lemon oil

1 dl olive oil.

Everything is stirred well together. Let it rest at room temperature until the rest of the dish is ready.

Betemiks:

1 pk betemiks

2 tablespoons butter

1 finely chopped clove of garlic

1 tablespoon vegetable stock

Mix everything in a saucepan and let it steam under a lid until the beets have some chewing resistance.
