Chocolate chip cookies with white chocolate are delicious, both on their own and as a side dish for e.g. ice cream. I like the white chocolate better than the dark and therefore think that this recipe for chocolate chip cookies is a winner.
1.25 dl melted butter
1 egg
1.25 dl brown sugar
1.25 dl sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 dl wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 dl chopped walnuts
2.5 dl coarsely chopped white cooking chocolate
Everything is mixed and placed with a tablespoon on a tray, covered with baking paper and baked in the middle of the oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
