17 May = champagne and waffle breakfast with us and it's a nice tradition.
Champagne and waffle breakfast are perhaps not the most common. I am also greeted with laughter at the pole, when I ask for champagne for waffles. Either way, this is a wonderful tradition.
The accessories are butter, brown cheese, sour cream and various jams. We also serve with a dish of bacon, which actually tastes very good with waffles and sour cream.
