Deer chops with mashed potatoes

Deer chops are easy to make and taste good. When I first make, I usually make many, so I can put in the freezer and pick up later.

Here I have served them with mashed potatoes, peas, fried onions, pickles and cranberries.

1 kg malt hjortekjøtt

2 ss potetmel

1 ss salt

2 ts pepper

1,5 dl fløte

1 ts muskat

2 ts timian

0,5 dl Farris

Knead everything. Bake as regular chops, but make sure they do not fry for too long, so they will dry out.
