Turkey breast in cream sauce almost makes itself and tastes delicious.
1 turkey breast
3 onions in strips
2 pk sliced mushrooms, e.g. mushroom and aroma mushrooms
Cream so it covers the meat
1 tablespoon paprika spice
5 tablespoons chicken stock
Brown the turkey breast in butter, on all sides. Add page. Brown the mushrooms in the same butter. Put the turkey back, add the onion, paprika seasoning and pour on the cream so that it covers. Add funds. Let it cook for about 1 - 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the breast. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Serve turkey breast in cream sauce with optional potatoes and vegetables, e.g. boat potatoes.
Drizzle a little olive oil in a long pan, divide the potatoes into boats, put them in the long pan, add salt and pepper, sprinkle over a little more oil and put them in the oven at full blast. When they start to get a little color, turn the temperature down to 200 degrees and let them fry until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
