Dronning Maudfromasj is a real party dessert and goes well on New Year's Eve. It is easy to make and tastes good. If you want to vault the cheese on a plate before serving, it works fine, but it also looks impressive, if you use a glass bowl / processional shapes, so that the chocolate layers become visible.
5 egg yolks
5 dl cream
5 tablespoons sugar
3/4 dl port wine
5 plates of gelatin
100 g cooking chocolate
Whisk egg yolk of egg yolks. Whip cream of cream and sugar. Mix together cream, egg mixture and port wine.
Put the gelatin in cold water. Squeeze out the water and stir them into a little boiling water. Mix the gelatin into the cheese.
Grate the cooking chocolate. Layer semi-rigid cheese and fox chocolate in a bowl or serving dish, finish with fox chocolate.
Put cool for a few hours, so it hardens.
