Enchiladas are a common dish to eat in Central America and a super Friday dish. I've made it with beef patties, but you can also make it from chicken dough, or venison, such as moose.
500 g chop dough
1 finely chopped onion
1 grated carrot
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 more box
2 glass tacosaus
1 small tortilla
200 g grated cheese
Carbonated dough and onions brown before adding corn, taco seasoning and 1 glass of taco sauce. Roll the mixture into the tortillas, put them in baking dish, pour over 1 glass of taco sauce, sprinkle with cheese and gratin it in the oven at 200 degrees, until the cheese is golden. Make fresh salad and serve enchiladas with taco chips, guacamole, which you can find recipe for HERE or sour cream.
