Greek, baked potato

Greek baked potato tastes best with lamb mince, but you can also use regular minced meat or patties, if you can't get your hands on lamb dough.

4 baked potatoes

1 tbsp olive oil

150 g feta cheese

400 g minced meat

1 finely chopped onion

2 tablespoons oil for frying

2 dl sour cream

3 tablespoons tzatziki spices

1 ts salt

1⁄2 teaspoon ground pepper

1 pk. grated cheese as desired

Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 2 hours. Divide them in half and place them back on the baking tray with the cut surface facing up.

Brown minced meat and onion in oil. Stir in sour cream. Season with tzatziki seasoning, salt and pepper.

Place the minced meat mixture on the potatoes, add the feta cheese cubes and sprinkle over the grated cheese.

Bake the potatoes a little far down in the oven at 200 degrees until the cheese gets a nice golden color.

Serve Greek, baked potato alone, or with some Greek salad and tzatziki.
