This recipe gives 30 - 34 delicious spins, which are suitable for e.g. soup or as part of a tapas meal.
1 kg of wheat flour
6 dl water
100 g melted butter
2 ts salt
1 bag of dry yeast
Knead everything for approx. 10 minutes. Set to rise for 1 hour.
Mix together:
100 g soft butter
1 handful of finely chopped herbs (eg thyme, rosemary, oregano)
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
100 g grated parmesan
Roll out the dough into a rectangle of approx. 30 × 60 cm. Spread over the butter and herb mixture. Roll up like a sausage. Cut into 1 cm slices and place on a plate with parchment paper. Leave to rise for 1 hour. Brush with milk and bake them in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
