Can pigs fly? Pig wings with cream au gratin potatoes and coleslaw

Whether pigs can fly? I haven't seen it ever, but at least they have "wings". Pig wings are made from a small part of the pork knuckle and are juicy and good meat.

Pig wings:

1 pig wing per person

1 fl. BBQ Sauce, I Like Baby Rays Hickory & Brown Sugar

Put pig wings in a lidfast shape. Grease them with plenty of BBQ sauce. Pour 2 dl of water. Wrap the whole pan with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 100 degrees for 10 hours. Let them have a quick round on the grill or under the grill element (without the foil) when serving, so they get nice color.

Potatoes:

Cream gratin potatoes have gradually become a classic, are easy to make and go with a lot.

10 potatoes in thin slices

1 onion in strips

3 cloves finely chopped garlic

Salt and pepper

1 can of cream

1 pk fox cheese, preferably well stored and several kinds

Layer the potato slices, onion, garlic and 1/3 of the cheese in a greased, refractory dish. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper in between. Pour over 1 can of cream. Put in a heated oven, 200 degrees for 1 hour. If it starts to look dry, add more cream. Sprinkle with cheese and continue to cook for approx. 20 more minutes, until the cheese is golden.

Coleslaw:

1 bag of mayonnaise

1 box of sour cream

½ lime, only the juice

2 tablespoons sugar

2 ss HP saus

4 ss agurkmiks

1 ss eplesidereddik

salt and pepper

1 bag of grated carrot and cabbage

Mix everything together. If you want a little more work, you can grate the carrot and finely slice the cabbage yourself.

Still unsure if pigs can fly? Try to make this dish yourself, and you can consider it.
