Salmon on a bed of cream gratin potatoes and vegetables is a tasty and not least practical dish, if you don't have a dishwasher, since everything is made in the same shape in the oven.
8 potatoes in leaf-thin slices.
4 large carrots in leaf-thin slices
1 leek in strips
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
800 g salmon
2 teaspoons fish seasoning
1 ts salt
1/2 liter cream
1 pk. mini tomatoes, divided into two
Salt and pepper for the salmon
I divide potatoes and carrots into the food processor, but you can feel free to use mandolin or cheese slicer.
Grease a casserole dish with a little oil or butter.
Spread the potato slices outwards and put in the oven at 250 degrees until they start to get a little color.
Add carrots, leeks and tomatoes. Mix the cream with the spice and pour over the vegetables. Season the salmon with a little salt and pepper and place it on top. Put in the oven at 200 degrees with foil for 15 min. Remove the foil and leave it until everything gets a little color, about 15 minutes more. Check that the salmon is ready, if not it can stand a little longer.
