Minas gluten-free apple pie

Mina's gluten-free apple pie looks fantastic and tastes good, even for those of us without celiac disease.

150 g butter

150 g sugar

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

300 g Toro gluten-free baking mix

6 apples peeled and divided

Juice of 2 limes

100 g brown sugar

3 tablespoons cinnamon

Whisk together butter and sugar. Add eggs, baking powder and baking mix. Put in the fridge for min. 1 hour.

Press the dough out into pie form and bake for 10 min. at 175 degrees.

Add apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 175 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Serve Mina's gluten-free apple pie with ice cream or cream and possibly caramel sauce.
