My grandmother's chocolate cake

175 g butter

150 g cooking chocolate

3 egg

2 dl sugar

1 dl wheat flour

50 g chopped walnuts

5 tablespoons strong coffee

Melt the butter. Break the chocolate into pieces and let it melt in the butter. Make egg dose of eggs and sugar. Mix everything and pour it into a well-greased form (24 cm). Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for approx. 30 min. It should not be completely cooked through, as it becomes very good when it is tough in the middle. Let the cake cool in the mold, the cake is best after 2 days in the refrigerator.

Glaze

75 g melted butter

150 g cooking chocolate

5 tablespoons strong coffee

Everything is mixed and spread over the cake. Decorate with e.g. fresh berries and mint leaves.
