Oil / butter
600 g chicken in strips
150 g diced bacon
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 packet sliced mushroom
1 tablespoon chicken stock
4 dl cream
1 egg
½ pack parmesan
Chili, finely chopped
1 handful of basil, finely chopped + a little to garnish
Freshly ground pepper
Fry chicken, bacon, onion, garlic and mushroom in a mixture of oil and butter. Add fondant, cream, chili and a beaten egg. Let it cook until it thickens. Add parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Stir in pasta of your choice and some basil.
Serve with basil leaves, more parmesan and a sprinkle of freshly ground pepper.
