Pasta with salmon and spinach

This dish is easy and good after a day at work and is suitable for 4 people.

1 clove finely chopped garlic

10 mini tomatoes, divided into 4 parts

1 pose of baby spinach

600 g diced salmon

4 spring onions

3 dl cream

1 tablespoon fish or vegetable stock (possibly bouillon cubes)

Salt and pepper

Reven parmesan

Pasta according to your own wishes

Heat the cream and add the garlic. Let it cook until the sauce thickens a little. Add salmon and spinach. Bring to a boil, add spring onion and tomato. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Place the pasta at the bottom of the plate, the salmon with sauce on top and grate the parmesan over. Quick and easy!
