Pasta with beef fillet and truffle

Truffle is one of the best I can get served. It is not so easy to get fresh truffle where I live, but Meny has glass and it also tastes good. This recipe is suitable for 4 people.

400 g beef fillet in strips

Some oil for frying

20 mini tomatoes, divided into 2

1 finely chopped onion

2 finely chopped garlic cloves

1-2 truffles

ev. a little parmesan

Italian spice mix

Salt and pepper

Quickly brown the meat in the oil and set aside. Brown the onion in the same oil. Add garlic, tomatoes and spices. Let it soak for a few minutes, so the tomatoes dissolve . Add meat and let it simmer for a few minutes.

 

Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package. Pour off the boiling water, but keep a few tablespoons of the water. Mix everything and distribute on plates. Grate over truffle and possibly. a little parmesan.
