Pasta screws with tenderloin and blue mold sauce

Oil / butter

600 g pre-fried tenderloin or sirloin divided into strips

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 packet sliced mushroom

1 tablespoon chicken stock

4 dl cream

100 g blue cheese

Reven parmesan

Some herbs for decoration, e.g. thyme, basil or oregano.

Freshly ground pepper

Pasta screws, cooked according to the instructions on the package.

Fry onion, garlic and mushroom in a mixture of oil and butter. Add stock, cream, and blue cheese. Let it cook until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the meat and pasta as desired. Sprinkle with fox parmesan, freshly ground pepper and some herbs.
