Pizza with ham and pineapple has become a classic. I think pineapple tastes fresh and good on pizza and balances salty flavors well.
1 liten boks Mutti pizzasaus
1 ss oregano
2 fedd finhakket hvitløk
1 ts timian
Various cheeses of your choice
Mozarella
1 god neve sjampinjong i skiver
1 liten rødløk i strimler
1/2 gul paprika i strimler
1 boks ananas
1 pk provenceskinke eller annet kjøttpålegg som må brukes opp
Some basil leaves
Mix Mutti pizza sauce, oregano, garlic and thyme in a saucepan and let it boil in min. 15 min on low heat.

Spread the pizza sauce over the half-fried bottom. Add the cheese, except the mozzarella. Add mushrooms, onions, peppers, pineapple and cold cuts. Tear up the mozzarella and place around the pizza. Bake at a high temperature in the oven until golden on top. Add basil and serve.
