Butter-steamed carrots with garlic and spring onions taste perfect for fish. The recipe is suitable for 4 people.
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons water
1 tsp vegetable fund, possibly broth cube
4 carrots, grated
2 spring onions, finely stripped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Salt
Melt the butter and add the garlic. Let it saute for a couple of minutes, before adding water and funds and bringing to a boil. Add the spring onion and carrot and let it steam for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. Taste if you need salt (funds and broth cubes also contain salt). Serve the butter steam, grated carrots with garlic and spring onions steaming hot.
