La Brasserie has been at La Manga for many years and we have eaten there many times. The owner is Belgian and speaks very good English.
The tartar has had the egg yolk mixed in, since it is not allowed to serve raw egg yolk in Spain. This gives the tartar a nice rich taste.
We were not so hungry when we ate there this time, so we only ordered main courses. It takes some time to get the food here, but it tastes delicious, homemade.
The desserts are homemade and taste good.
