Sweet potato mash

Sweet mashed potatoes taste absolutely delicious and can be used for the same dishes you want to use regular mashed potatoes for.

4 sweet potatoes

1 good blob of butter

2 tablespoons chicken stock

Plenty of cream

Salt and pepper

Start by peeling sweet potatoes, splitting them into cubes, and boiling them in water until tender. Pour off the water, mash the potatoes, add butter and chicken funds. Stir in cream, until the mash gets the right consistency.  Season with salt and pepper and serve sweet potato mash for meat and fish dishes.
