Thai pizza is one of the most popular recipes on the blog. I almost always serve Thai pizza to my brother, when he comes to visit too, because it is probably one of his favorites.
I make pizza bases in the usual way. You can find the recipe for pizza base here.
When it rises, I started on the filling:
3 chicken fillets
1 pose conimex marinademiks satay
1 finely chopped chili
3 ss soy sauce manis
5 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 shredded red onion
1 shredded pepper
1/2 glass sataysaus
1 pk grated cheese
1 box pineapple pieces
Sweet chili dipping sauce
1 bag of cashews
Fresh coriander
Lime boats
Cut the chicken into thin strips and place it in a marinade of marinadex sati, ketjap manis and rapeseed oil.
Roll out the pizza base, let it rise, and then pre-bake for a few minutes in the oven. Take it out when it has got a little color, butter on satay sauce, add the grated cheese, red onion, paprika, pineapple and chicken strips. If you like it a little strong, you can also add finely chopped chili. Sprinkle cashew nuts on top.
Thai pizza is baked in the oven, at 300 degrees, until it gets a nice colour. Drizzle over sweet chilli sauce and add coriander leaves and lime wedges before serving.
