Crumble pie or crumble is a very practical dessert, when you have guests. It is also very good. You make it almost ready in the morning, take out ice cream and put the pie in the oven during dinner, then it is ready when the guests are there. It's very simple.
200 g butter
200 g mel
200 g sugar
Carry according to your own wishes
Mix everything until it becomes like crumbs. Place optional berries in the bottom of a casserole dish and sprinkle well with crumbs. Bake the crumble pie in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees until it bubbles and is golden.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve the crumble pie completely hot, straight from the oven, with ice cream and preferably a good dessert wine, such as a Sauternes.
