The apples are hanging ripe on the trees now. What could be better than bringing someone in and making a delicious, juicy apple cake. This apple cake with raisins, cinnamon and almonds is easy and tastes very good.

Butter and sugar are stirred white. Add eggs, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and stir well.

Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a well-greased springform pan. Peel apples, cut them into cubes and put them in the mold. Sprinkle with cinnamon, raisins, almond slices and powdered sugar. Place the rest of the mixture in blobs. Bake the apple cake in the oven at 175 degrees for 45 minutes. Check with a stick if the cake is done.
