Pasta with Italian salami and cream sauce is a quick and easy-to-make dish. We are very fond of Italian food and wine with us and we never get bored of Italy as a holiday country. Pasta always tastes good. This variant, with an Italian salami, tastes great with other varieties of shredded cold cuts as well.
1/3 ltr cream
1 beaten egg
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 shredded spring onion
150-200 g Italian salami in thin strips
100 g grated parmesan
1 name finstrimlet basilikum
1 Name finstrimlet bladpersille
Salt and pepper
Boil cream and garlic, stirring. Add spring onion, salami, parmesan, basil and leaf parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. Mix the sauce and pasta, place it on plates with a pasta spoon and serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan.
