Thai salad with steak strips

Thai food is a lovely combination of sweet, strong and sour, which I think is absolutely fantastic. Here I have made a Thai salad that I serve with delicious steak strips.

400 g beef

1 finely chopped onion

1.5 dl peanut butter

2 tbsp soy sauce

1.5 dl water

2 teaspoons sweet chili sauce

Sesame seeds

The steak is cut into strips and browned together with the onion. Add peanut butter, soy sauce, water and sweet chili sauce. Let the mixture soak for a few minutes. Sprinkle over some sesame seeds when serving.

Thaisalat:

Finely chopped iceberg lettuce

Finely shredded red onion

Finely chopped peppers

Shredded sugar peas

1 box of exotic fruit

Put all the ingredients for the Thai salad in a bowl or on a plate, as I have done.

Dressing:

Sheets from the fruit box

1 finely chopped chili

3 finely chopped cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger

6 tablespoons sunflower oil

2 teaspoons sesame oil

The juice of 1 lime

2 tbsp soy sauce

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and pour it over the salad.
