Burger with the taste of Italy is perfect if you love burgers and like Italian flavours. It can be made in the frying pan at this time of year, but can also be grilled on a lovely summer's day.
The burgers:
800 g chop dough
2 egg
1 ts salt
1 ts pepper
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
1 ss worcestersaus
2 dl grated parmesan
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
Start by diluting the chop dough with eggs, salt, basil, oregano, pepper, basil, Worcestershire sauce, parmesan and garlic. When the dough is well stirred together, shape it into 4 burgers and fry in a mixture of rapeseed oil and butter.
As an accompaniment, we use pita bread, raw food if necessary. arugula, tomatoes, cucumber and red onion in thin slices. We also use parmesan potatoes, which you can find the recipe for here.
Dressing:
1 dl olive oil
1/2 dl white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tablespoons grated parmesan
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried chili
Stir everything together and season with salt and pepper.

Serving:
Heat the pita bread in the oven, cut a slit in from the side. Add burger, vegetables and dressing. Serve the burger with the taste of Italy with Parmesan potatoes.
