Greek salmon

Greek salmon is a tasty dish that is easy to make. I think it can be quite good to cook the whole dinner in one dish in the oven and this recipe is suitable for 4 people.

4 tbsp olive oil

800 g salmon

1 finely chopped red onion

10 green olives in thin slices

20 mini tomatoes divided into two or four, depending on the size

4 spring onions in strips

1 glass of feta cheese, including the oil it is in

8 sun-dried tomatoes in strips

1 pk. sugar peas

1 tbsp

Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of a casserole dish. Add salmon in portion pieces. Sprinkle with red onion, both types of tomatoes, olives, sugar peas, spring onions and cheese. Mix the feta cheese oil with the tzatziki mix and pour it over the vegetables. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 200 degrees. Check after 30 minutes if the salmon is done and fry if necessary. a little more.
