Chicken green curry is a delicious Thai dish. If you want it stronger, you can add a finely chopped chili. This recipe is suitable for 2-3 people.
400 g diced chicken fillet
Slightly neutral oil
2 shredded red onions
2 ss Thai green curry paste
1 box of coconut cream (possibly coconut milk)
2 shredded peppers
1 handful of sugar peas in strips
1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
1 clove finely chopped garlic.
The chicken cubesfry in neutral oil until lightly browned. Add red onion, Thai green curry paste, coconut cream, paprika, sugar peas, ginger and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes, sprinkle with finely chopped coriander and serve with rice or noodles.
