White pizza with veal dough

White pizza is not as common as the one with tomato sauce, but tastes very good. This is made with veal dough, but can just as easily be made with regular minced meat.

400 g veal dough

2 finely chopped onions

2 stalks thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried)

2 stalks oregano (or 2 teaspoons dried)

2 finely chopped cloves of garlic

salt

pepper

1 cup sour cream

1 shredded red onion

1 pk pepperoni

grated cheese on request (preferably well stored and several varieties)

Fry the minced meat together with the onion, garlic and spice, except for salt and pepper. Stir in the sour cream, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper.

Når pizzabinnen er klar, smøres blandingen på. Legg på ost, rødløk og pepperoni. Riv gjerne litt parmesan over til slutt, før den stekes på full varme midt i ovnen, til den er gyllen og fin.
