Chicken salad with kiwi berries, bean sprouts and radish sprouts is suitable both as a lunch dish, as a side dish to other food and as an independent dinner dish. This salad with chicken is delicious and filling and it looks extra delicious when it is served on a plate, instead of in a bowl.
Put shredded lettuce at the bottom. Preferably several strokes in the mix. Add shredded spring onions, fresh bean sprouts, shredded peppers, kiwi berries (available on Menu) and small tomatoes divided into four.
1 chicken fillet per person, shredded, seasoned with salt, pepper and tarragon and fried in a little oil. Strain the oil and place the chicken over the salad. Top with radish sprouts.
