Lasagne Chicken Alfredo is a delicious pasta dish of chicken. If you like, you can add spinach between the layers. It tastes lovely with another salad. This recipe is suitable for 6 people.
6 chicken breasts
1 ts salt
1 ts pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 tbsp rapeseed oil
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 finely chopped onion
5 dl cream
1 dl grated parmesan
2 dl finely chopped parsley
10 lasagne plates
5 dl reven mozarella
6 bacon slices, crispy fried
Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise and sprinkle a little salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides of each chicken breast. Heat the oil in a large pan over high heat and fry the chicken for approx. 1 minute on each side. Take them out of the pan and add the garlic and onion in the same oil. Stir constantly, until the mixture has taken on a little colour, before adding the cream and stirring until it starts to boil. Add Parmesan and parsley and cook for 1 minute.
Pour approx. 1/4 of the sauce in an ovenproof dish (preferably rectangular, which fits the pasta plates and place in a layer of lasagna plates. Pour over a little more sauce, so it covers the plates and then spread half of the chicken breasts. Sprinkle on half of the mozzarella, followed by half of the bacon Repeat the layers one more time, starting with the lasagne sheets, then sauce, chicken, bacon and mozzarella.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
