A simple salmon dish in the oven is practical in a hectic everyday life. The nice thing about this dish is that, in addition to tasting good, everything is prepared in one form. This recipe is suitable for 4 people:
600 g diced potatoes
4 diced carrots
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 shredded onions
1 handful of finely chopped parsley
7.5 dl cream
4 tablespoons fish stock
200 g grated cheese
800 g salmon, or other desired fish
Put potatoes, carrots, onions and parsley in a casserole dish. Mix cream, fondant, garlic, salt and pepper and pour the mixture over the vegetables. Put in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees until the potatoes are tender. Give the salmon a sprinkle of salt and pepper and place them on top of the tender vegetables. Sprinkle cheese over the entire mold and continue to cook until the cheese is golden. Then the salmon is also finished. Garnish with a little parsley and serve.
