Patatas bravas is a delicious Spanish potato dish, which is suitable both as part of a tapas meal and as an accompaniment to meat dishes, such as. barbecue. It can be made in the complicated way, with everything from scratch, or in the easy way I have done here, which I think tastes almost as delicious.
500 g poteter
Oil
Paprika powder (preferably the smoked type)
2 fedd malt hvitløk (fås på tube)
Salt
Pepper
2 pk chilimajones
Finely chopped parsley
Divide the potatoes into cubes of about 2 x 2 cm. Pour some oil into a casserole dish and add the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and mashed garlic. Drizzle over a little more oil, mix well and put in the oven at 200 degrees until the potatoes have a nice color and are tender.
Mix in chili mayonnaise and parsley. Served immediately.
