Homemade aioli:
Aioli is easy and fun to make yourself. The important thing is that all the ingredients have a room temperature and you need a hand mixer.
1 egg
2 cm garlic from the tube
1/2 lemon, juice only
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1.5 dl rapeseed oil
1 pinch of salt
Put all the aioli ingredients in a liter measure. Run with a hand mixer, start at the very bottom and work your way up, as the mixture turns into aioli.

Hummer:
Cut the lobsters in half and remove the head and intestines. If you buy lobster at Meny, they will help you with this. Remove the meat from the body and, if necessary, the claws and dice it, before putting it back in the shell. Spread on aioli, sprinkle on grated cheese, place the lobsters in an ovenproof dish and gratinate them in the middle of the oven at 220 degrees until the cheese is golden.
