Baked sweet potato with Greek minced meat

It tastes best with lamb mince, but you can also use regular minced meat or chop, if you do not get lamb dough.

4 sweet potatoes

1 tbsp olive oil

150 g feta cheese

400 g minced meat

1 finely chopped onion

2 tablespoons oil for frying

2 dl sour cream

3 tablespoons tzatziki spices

1 ts salt

1⁄2 teaspoon ground pepper

1 pk. grated cheese as desired

Wash and divide sweet potatoes into 2 cm thick slices. Place them on a baking tray, covered with parchment paper. Season them with salt and pepper, drizzle them with a little olive oil and let them bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 min.

Brown minced meat and onion in oil. Stir in sour cream. Season with tzatziki seasoning, salt and pepper.

Place the minced meat mixture on the sweet potato slices, add feta cheese cubes and sprinkle over grated cheese.

Bake the sweet potatoes a little in the oven at 200 degrees until the cheese gets a nice golden color.

Serve alone, or with a little Greek salad and tzatziki.
