Banana pudding tastes great for children of all ages. You can use a biscuit you like, such as chocolate chip cookies or vanilla biscuits. Banana pudding is common in South America and this recipe provides 4 servings.
2 dl cream
2 dl sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon of good vanilla sugar
5 gelatinplater
3 tbsp boiling water
100 g biscuits, roughly crushed
1 banana in small cubes
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes. Squeeze the water well out of them and stir them into boiling water. Whisk the cream stiff and mix it with sour cream, vanilla sugar and sugar.
Stir a couple of spoons of the cream mixture into the gelatin. Pour the gelatin over the cream mixture and gently stir together.
Stir the banana into the pudding and layer it with biscuits in a glass mold. Put cold for about 3 hours, until it has solidified.
