Steak snacks are known from most fast food outlets and can easily be made at home. If you want to put your soul into this dish, you can make everything from scratch, but you can also buy ready-made bearnaise sauce, frozen pommes noisettes and ready-made shredded meat.
Hazelnut apples:

Bearnaissaus:
Carefully heat the finished sauce from the beaker, layer of package or from scratch, which you can find recipe for HERE.
Biffsnadder:
800 g beef in strips
2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons canola oil for frying
2 onions in strips
Ev. 1 pk mushrooms in slices
1 red pepper
Barbecue seasoning and pepper
Brown the beef quickly on high heat, add onions (and possibly mushrooms) and brown further, until the onion acquires some color. Add the peppers and brown further, stirring for a couple of minutes. Season with spices and serve steaming hot.
Serve beef snacks with a fresh salad, pommes noisettes and béarnaise sauce.
