Coarse rolls are both healthy and good and it is not that difficult to make. I usually bake a lot when I first start, half-fry some of them and put in the freezer until later.
1.2 kg of wheat flour
100 g kruskakli
100 g oatmeal
50 g flaxseed
100 g sunflower seeds
50 g whole wheat
100 g coarse rye
350 g yogurt
3 egg
200 g butter
2 ts salt
Divide the butter into cubes of approx. 2 x 2 cm. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and knead for approx. 10 min.
Raise to double size about 3 hours. Bake out the rolls in the desired size. Place under a kitchen towel and leave them to rise for about 2 hours.
Bake at 225 degrees for approx. 15 minutes, on middle groove.
Place on a rack to cool. Grease the rolls with milk when you take them out of the oven.
