Pasta with turkey is super leftover food. There will often be some leftover turkey after New Year's Eve and here is a suggestion to have the delicious meat can be used for.
2 shallots
1 pk sliced mushrooms (eg mushroom or aroma)
1 clove finely chopped garlic
3/4 ltr. cream
1 tablespoon chicken stock
1 shredded pepper
60 g grated parmesan
1 teaspoon tarragon, dried
1 teaspoon basil, dried
400 g turkey leftovers in pieces
1 teaspoon Italian spice mixture
1 handful of finely chopped parsley
400 g turkey leftovers in pieces
Salt and pepper
Finely chop the onion and fry it in 1 tablespoon butter. Add the mushrooms and garlic and fry it together with the onion. Add spices, cream, chicken stock and cheese. Let it cook until the cream thickens. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it steep for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Served with pasta of your choice and a parsley broom for garnish.
