Easy salmon lunch with tartar sauce

Light wine salmon lunch with tartar sauce is a good lunch or dinner dish. You can make it easier or put more work into it by buying ready-made burger buns or making them yourself. If you don't want to make tartar sauce, you can use remoulade, it's not as good, but very easy if you're short on time.

Tartarsaus:

1 bag of mayonnaise

1 ss agurkmiks

3 tbsp capers

1 teaspoon English mustard, or dijon

Slightly finely chopped parsley

Salt and pepper

All the ingredients for the tartar sauce are stirred together and seasoned with salt and pepper.

The vegetables:

1 bag of ready-made raw food mix

1 tablespoon butter

2 tbsp oil

Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add the vegetables and stir regularly as you steam them to keep them warm. Don't steam them for too long, because they taste best when they still have chewy resistance.

Salmon:

Calculate 150-200 g of salmon per person. Season it with salt and pepper and place it in greased form in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. If you use a roasting thermometer, it should be taken out at 60 degrees, then it is ready and still juicy.

Divide over the burger buns, heat them quickly, cut side down, on the grill or in a dry frying pan and place the lower part on a plate. Add the salmon, then the vegetables and drizzle over the tartar sauce. Finally, place on the upper part of the burger bun. Enjoy a salmon lunch while it's still good and hot.
