Light and good chicken dish with Thai flavor

Easy and good Thai chicken dish turned into an evening we were full of something good and wanted a quick meal.

4 chicken fillets in strips

100 g satay sauce (peanut sauce)

1 dl Sweet Chilli Sauce

1 handful of cashews

1/2 finely chopped pepper

1 finely chopped spring onion

1 mango in small cubes

2 finely chopped, red chilies

1 lime, only the juice

1 handful of finely chopped coriander

Fry the chicken in a little oil. Add satay sauce and Sweet Chili sauce and simmer. When the chicken is cooked through, mix it with cashews, peppers, chili, spring onions, mangoes, lime juice and coriander.

If you want to serve easy-to-eat and good Thai chicken dish as a dinner dish, you can serve it with some rice and a good salad, but it tastes absolutely delicious on its own too.
