My stepfather grew up with monks and is a driven monk steak. I, who have never been used to monks, was really impressed when I saw him trick them around in the old monk iron with two sticks. Hot monks with mom's strawberry freezer clothes are a winner.
Monks:
3 egg
2 cups sugar
2 cups kefir
4 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1 ts salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Everything is mixed together. Heat the monk kernel, Add well with butter (my stepfather says it must be Melange) in each hole and pour in a little batter. When they start to get a little stiff, they are turned over with two wooden sticks. It is smart to constantly turn them a little towards the end of the baking time, so they are finished in the middle, before they are burned.
Freezer clothes:
2 pk Jam
1 kg of sugar
1 box of strawberries
Clean and crush the strawberries by hand. Mix freezing powder with sugar and stir it into the berries. Freeze in suitable portions.
