Pasta with turkey and tomatoes is delicious leftover food. This recipe can also be made with chicken and is suitable for 4 people.
400 g leftover turkey
Some oil for frying
1 finely chopped onion
20 mini tomatoes, divided into 2
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 tablespoon chicken stock
2 tablespoons finely chopped, sun-dried tomato
2 tablespoons sliced olives
Italian spice mix
Salt and pepper
1 name bladpersille
Ev. a little parmesan
Blank the onion in the oil before adding garlic, tomatoes, funds and spices. Let it I cuddle for a few minutes, then the tomatoes disintegrate. Add the sun-dried tomato, olives and meat and let it saute for a few minutes, before sprinkling over some chopped leaf parsley.
Serve with the desired pasta, cooked as instructed on the package and perhaps a little grated or planed Parmesan.
