Easy pasta dish with chicken and pesto saucefits the palate of the vast majority. We often make it after a long day of work, when we want food quickly on the table.
3 dl cream
1 egg
1 dl homemade pesto (or ready-made)
Salt and pepper
4 chicken fillets in cubes
100 g sliced mushrooms
1 onion in strips
1 pack of parma ham
Mix together cream, eggs, pesto, salt and pepper, in a saucepan and let it cook for a few minutes while stirring.
Fry chicken fillets in a little oil, together with mushrooms and onions.
The ham is placed over baking paper and baked at 100 degrees in the oven until it becomes crispy and crushed into small pieces.
Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package.
When serving, mix pasta, sauce and chicken mixture. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and crushed ham and garnish with a little basil.
